Dear Class of 2015,
Our first reunion is coming! Within the past five years, our class has achieved higher degrees, blossomed careers, started families and explored the world. Many of us may still not know what we are going to be when we grow up, or, like me, never want to grow up! No matter where life has taken you since Agnes, we all have stories to share and memories to appreciate together.
So mark your calendars for Alumnae Weekend 2020, April 17‒19. I am so excited to see us come together for this special opportunity to reconnect with old friends and classmates. (And if you know me, you know I want the green class to turn up for Hub Sing!) I also challenge you to develop new connections within our class and alma mater. We may all know each other’s faces from our tiny campus, but we should take this time to embrace and appreciate the piece of our lives that we all share as Scottie siblings.
More details to come, including plans for our class party in the Oval Garden between Winship and Alston. I’m excited to spend time right where it all began in 2011, reminiscing about that one time someone set off the Walters fire alarm with a hair straightener and that blue person-shaped stain by the door of Winship.
Although we will never be a traditional class, we can all agree on one thing — we are the Scotties, and we like to party. See you in April!
